Biography
Ethan Rogers is a doctoral student at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences, advised by Olga Vitek. His doctoral work focuses on developing methods, tools, and workflows for statistical analysis of mass spectrometry imaging data. He has previous experience with statistical analysis of clinical trials, wearable datasets, and epidemiological case studies and helps organize May Institute, an annual summer school focusing on computational methods and statistical analysis for mass spectrometry-based proteomics and imaging. He is affiliated with the Vitek Lab.
