Natalie Grillo knows it’s never too late to switch careers. After working in health care for 15 years, she attended a Break Into Tech event that introduced her to the Align Online program — empowering her to shift toward computer science and new career opportunities. Now she’s trading ambulances for office work, making connections at large tech companies she never imagined she’d have access to.
Having done my undergrad as an adult as well, there were moments I was like, ‘Oh no, is this for me? Am I too late?’ But with Northeastern and Khoury College’s Align Online, it’s right on time
