Phi Sigma Rho was founded with the vision of becoming the leading social sorority for women in engineering and engineering technology and to foster lifelong friendships, scholarship, and encouragement among its members. Process to join

At the beginning of every semester, we host a series of recruitment events open to women and nonbinary individuals in STEM. These include an information session, two engaging weeknight events, and a special Saturday event. Following these, we will have invite-only events that offer a deeper look into our community and the values that make our organization unique.
