Biography

Lothar Narins is a part-time lecturer at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University, based in Silicon Valley, a role he began in January 2025. With a strong foundation in mathematics and a passion for artificial intelligence, Narins brings a unique perspective to his teaching.

Narins previously taught mathematics at the University of Waterloo as a postdoctoral fellow. His current research at San Francisco State University, where he is also a lecturer and research assistant, focuses on cutting-edge areas within AI.

Narins’s career reflects a continuous pursuit of knowledge and a dedication to both research and education, making him a valuable addition to the Khoury College faculty.
