What are the brief specifics of your educational/career background?

I began my career as a middle school and high school math teacher before transitioning to higher education. I have worked in various positions involved in academic and student affairs. I started my work at Northeastern as an academic advisor in Khoury before transitioning to my current role.

What are the key aspects of your role at Northeastern? What do you enjoy most/find most interesting about what you do?

My role in student services is focused on the co-curricular learning experiences for students in our college. I love working to ensure students are given the support and opportunities needed to grow outside of the classroom.

What’s the most compelling thing to you about the research/work that goes on at the College?

Technology has changed our world and the way we live. And Northeastern is changing the way we educate. To me, Khoury College is the epicenter of those two innovations and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of it.
