The State of The Culture Conference is a three-day conference centered on career, identity building, and tech. This experience is a multicultural tech conference hosted by the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. This conference brings together students, engineers, technologists, and culture enthusiasts from around the nation. This conference brings leaders in technology and students in computer science and technology together to exchange ideas and build a robust tech community. This conference aims to inspire creativity and innovation while also shaping the next generation of computer scientists with a lens on BIPOC experiences. The state of the culture conference is an opportunity for students to learn from industry partners on how to make real progress in navigating the industry, challenges faced, and successful outcomes. Students will hear directly from those leading the efforts to foster inclusion within their organizations and champion their best selves.
