While program starts, the green light will be on if the TSR light sensor value is above threshold(45). Otherwise, the blue light will be on, and green light is off.

Also, when the TSR value of a certain sensor is lower than the threshold, it will broadcast an alarm message. Upon receipt of such alarm, all other nodes will turn on red light to indicate such alarm. 

When the TSR value changes back to above threshold, the red alarm on other nodes will be turned off.
