Would you love to deliver great client work, develop deep, marketable skills, and have fun, all at the same time? You can. We’re looking for individuals that are technically savvy, well versed on the Salesforce platform, and view outstanding customer service as for table stakes. Not only will you join a team comprised of Certified Salesforce Consultants and seasoned industry experts, but you will find avid surfers, marathoners, adventurous skiers, moms, dads, video gamers, bourbon connoisseurs and everything in between.
As a co-op on our team, you will be responsible for learning the Salesforce platform, with support from the team, and engaging with customers in a meaningful way. We will support your growth in an ecosystem that will generate 20M jobs in the next 4 years and is exploding with opportunity. Looking for a way into consulting, but don’t have the standard pedigree or an MBA? Come dip your toes in the water at Coastal Cloud and learn what being a consultant is all about.
Coastal Cloud aims to hire virtually all co-op hires as full-time employees post-graduation. Due to this, please only apply if you are a 2nd or 3rd-time co-op. Also, please note that a case study and pre-work are required for this interview.
The Business Analyst Position
The Business Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business requirements and user needs. They work together with consultants, Sr. consultants, and managers to design and implement systems that meet client business objectives. Has knowledge of commonly-used design concepts, relational databases, and business processes within a particular industry or solution area. Has the ability to be cross-trained in business processes, technology implementations, and adoption-related activities. Relies on instructions from the assigned project team and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. The Business Analyst works under the immediate supervision of a project manager and is able to exercise independent judgment on small engagements or as a part of a team on large projects.
